Nando's releases new (HOTTER) sauce

The trend we have been seeing over the past few years of increasing heat in our food just continues! Nando's have released a new sauce into their restaurants which is said to be the hottest yet, because the Extra Extra Hot Peri Peri sauce just wasn't enough?!

The sauce is called Peri Peri "Vusa", meaning excitement and fire in Zulu. This sauce combines more chillies than any other sauce in Nando's and according to the restaurant chain, this South African sauce is the hottest yet!

It indicates that some of the UK market are becoming more accustomed to heat in their food (we've also seen KFC release their "Zinger fries" over the past few month), and are now looking for an even more extreme version...not me though, I'll stick to the medium!!
